1) Payment: Full payment will be required on the day, for longer periods by prior arrangement, either in the form of cash, credit card or cheque. An invoice will be sent via email on receipt of payment.
2) AGS MOT Services have no claim to payment in lieu of holidays, sickness or any self enrolment pension scheme, run by or on behalf of the customer.
3) AGS MOT Services will provide their own work wear and safety boots.
4) Travel to the customer’s premises is the responsibility of AGS MOT Services.
5) The customer will ensure all equipment is certified safe under current Health and Safety legislation.
